Multum Interest tender management consulting is a young and dynamic management consultancy firm in the fields of tender management, (European) tendering and turnaround management. Multum Interest acts on behalf of both sides of the market, just like lawyers and real estate agents. Multum Interest, in other words, acts alternately on behalf of both governments and companies in tenders. This is essential for Multum Interest to stay in touch with both teams in the playing field of public private partnership.
For a contracting authority it stands first and foremost that a tender procedure expires lawfully. One wants no fuzz with delay, lawsuits and negative publicity. For a submitting SME it is essential that their efforts have result. It does not want to be put aside because of procedural errors or minor issues. These main points on both sides are also for Multum Interest for this reason the basis of the service.
With “tender management” we mean the process of successfully and systematically submitting tenders in a well-thought-out manner to European invitations to tender so that the stability and continuity of the company become increased. The target group of this innovative service are the Executive Boards of SMEs which the potential (if necessary by the shaping of an ad hoc combination) and ambition to be structurally successful in submitting European tenders. Through its tender management service Multum Interest supports, advises, guides and trains companies at the submission of tenders and bids. More and more we provide our clients with advice on the aspects of organization and communication. Multum Interests provides its services in the entire European Union. Multum Interest is settled in The Hague (The Netherlands). Because of the growing number of instructions we are looking for a: "Tender manager".
As Tender manager you are responsible for the tender process of one or more contracts, from the receipt of the invitation to tender until the submission. During a successful follow-up of the tender the Tender manager leads and organizes de following contract negotiations and takes care of the delegation of the contract to the implementation team. The Tender manager also takes care of the evaluation of the tender process, the drafting of an action plan, in which is admitted the planning of the tender, organization chart and output list. The tender manager is responsible for the final wording of all tender documents.
Above this you are to an increasing degree allowed to perform request for advice independently. This varies from organizational analyses to the legal evaluation of procurement procedures or (framework) agreements for our clients.
Your profile
Multum Interest sets high standards to the integrity of Tender managers. The Tender manager needs to obey the rule that in one tender never more than one client can be served by Multum Interest. This has been incorporated in our code of practice and our general terms and conditions.
Besides this you possess an academic work and think level with a business administrational or legal background. You dispose of 10 years working experience from which 3 years in the field of tender management and 10 years in the area of European tendering. You are able to represent commercial points of view in a clear manner. Furthermore you are capable of seeing through large requests for tenders or submission documentations by analyzing the main points with a helicopter view.
You have got a strong personality and are a skilful communicator, both orally and in writing. You work accurately, are studious and can handle constructive criticism well. You possess a strong sense of responsibility. You have got an excellent mastery of the English language. An assessment is part of the selection procedure.
