Public private cooperation
Multum Interest attends, just like lawyers and real estate agents, to both market sides. It represents in other words both governments and companies in tender procedures. This is essential for Multum Interest to keep in touch with both teams in the playing field of public private partnership (PPP). A good invitation to tender leads to nothing differently than a public private cooperation. However, after an in-depth invitation to tender and not before the tender procedure, because in the latter situation usually something has gone seriously wrong. Doesn't a marriage also need an in-depth selection process in advance to guarantee the sustainability?
Ideal match
Being a tender management consultant puts for this reason very high requirements to the integrity of business incubators, which we are in fact. Rule nr. 1 is that in one and the same tender procedure the office of Multum Interest never will represent more than one party (either a government or a company). This has been incorporated in our code of practice and our general conditions. If we are approached by a second party in one invitation to tender we shall always refuse this. It unfortunately happens too frequently that consultancies have tight links with certain suppliers when they act for a government, while they do not even bother to disclose this. Multum Interest will make efforts to purify the sector of that type of practices and shall never participate in such appointments. This disturbs, as it happens, the substantial characteristic of an invitation to tender, namely finding the match ideal for both parties (government and company).
Confidentiality
Transparency is rightly a basic principle of tendering. That also applies to consultants. Moreover in a consulting relation also complete faith must exist that confidential data are also treated this way. Essential characterizations of a tender offer remain at any time between our customer and our company. That is the second main element of the integrity of Multum Interest.
