Code of practice Multum Interest tender management consulting

1. Multum Interest is aware of the importance of its function in society. Multum Interest exercises this function in good faith, reliably, professionally and independently from others and pursues the highest quality in its services. In its communications Multum Interest guards against false imaginations of persons, matters and rights and of its working methods, interests and position.
2. Multum Interest meets to the best of its abilities realistic expectations which clients may have. Multum Interest protects and advances their interests. Confidential information is kept secret until a court of law forces Multum Interest to disclose it.
3. In case the performing of a service to a client is contrary to the interests of another client Multum Interest acts exclusively on behalf of the interests of one of those clients.
4. If (an employee of) Multum Interest becomes engaged in negotiations with more than one potential client for a certain tender procedure, Multum Interest will make this known to the involved. If (an employee of) Multum Interest becomes engaged in negotiations with more than one candidate for an instruction, the involved parties will be notified by Multum Interest. If Multum Interest enters into negotiations with a colleague then Multum Interest will approach its commissioning authority only through this colleague.
5. Each employee of Multum Interest possesses sufficient knowledge of the matters that he or she is dealing with. If his or her knowledge regarding a certain issue is failing, then he or she will advise to consult an expert on that issue or he or she will consult such an expert him- or herself.
6. Each employee of Multum Interest prevents getting involved in a conflict of interests that could jeopardize his or her independence.
7. Employees of Multum Interest will try to prevent that disagreements about their performance shall escalate. They will cooperate with mediation or settlement of disputes.  
8. Employees of Multum Interest also act outside of the Netherlands in accordance with this code of practice.
9. Multum Interest conforms in all its acts to the worldwide Guidance on social responsibility for organizations ISO 26000.
10. Employees of Multum Interest will take care that those who are connected to its enterprise shall act in accordance with this code of practice.
