Integral approach
Credit crisis? We rather speak of an integral approach through turnaround management for SMEs. Target group is the management of SMEs that are hit by the credit crisis and have difficulty to survive. By reforming their strategic purchase management they are able to survive the crisis.
New generation
Clients ask for a new generation of purchase managers. In fact they ask for management consultants specialized in strategic purchase management. The role of the traditional buyer is practically over. This officer was primarily focused on the completion of a (successful) purchasing transaction.
